Elevate Your Game with Wave Agility and Strength

At Wave Volleyball, we’re committed to helping our athletes perform at their best—not just on the court, but through tailored strength and conditioning. In addition to regular club season practices, adding strength sessions is a proven way to improve performance and prevent injury.


Our in-house Wave Agility and Strength program is designed specifically to fit into the busy schedule of a club volleyball season. We align our training with tournament play, teaching athletes proper technique and gradually progressing their strength over time. This approach ensures that our athletes build resilience and power without overloading their bodies during the season.


We recommend training twice per week, with a goal of completing 50 sessions throughout the club season. This commitment helps athletes reach their full potential, especially in a competitive sport like volleyball, where many players aspire to compete at the next level.


As part of the Wave experience, our strength program offers a unique, supportive environment to guide athletes through their journey, improving their performance and helping them achieve their goals.
